Sir,

I Purchased HONDA COMPANY ACTIVA Dlx (adlx-2685)Scooter on 13th october 2010. from JSP AUTOMOTIVE, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. i have been paid in cash total Rs.53, 758/- with accessories. vehicle booked colour grey. but dealer was offered to delivering Blue colour vehicle on 15th of this month. I objected that colour. then dealer conveyed so i have adjusted and agreed to take the Blue colour. That time Dealer was not gave original invoice letter or sale letter. and also not gave accessories bills worth of aprox.Rs.2, 700/- which amont was incured in my purchage price. i was asked cash bills for what amout was paid spares in detailed. But your dealer was not responding properly. Dealer says we are not able to give any original bills. so we never gave any body. butdoes not questioned me. your are only the custmer asking bills. we are not give any bills what ever you can do you can do, we are not cares any body. dealer and manager said like this.
so i seriously asked spares bills but again and again they rejected to give the bills. and my vehicle also not delivered that day. dealer says why you asking bills. we will not give. vehicle also not give. if you are courage you put complaint any body. we dont care. they said like again. After that i bring to notice to dealer ...if you are not give vehicle i will going to take legal action. then 17th that is DASSERA day dealer telephoned me to take vehicle. immediatly i went there to take my vehicle. but dealer not gave original invoice or sale letter and Accessories bills. And also not give TEMPORARY REGN.NUMBER. Immediatly i asked. dealer says...*today holiday tommarrow defnitly we will give all bills and temporary VEHICL NUMBER. So i believedr dealer again. then i have taken my vehicle that is 17th of this month. MY HONDA ACTIVE DLX VEHICLE FRAME No.ME4JC449JA8056896.., Engine No.JC44E0933217. INVOICE No.10INO3880
After that every day i am asking bills and TP Regn.NO. But they are not providing. and also insurance original copy. still know they are cheating. till today iam not receiving any original sale letter, bills, and insurance copy, TP Regn.Number. whenever iam asking dealer says roughly speaking and telling stories. Already orally i have told transport and related officials.
officials asking my complaint. if i gave complaint aganist dealer they will ready to take action. so in this circumustances first i like to bring your (prestigiours company)notice. i Know your company goodwill. i believed you. when i was worked at DELHI as journalist i have came to your company Gurgaon, Haryana.
ok sir what ever it may be, your dealer was mentally arrashed still know. iam not able to bare arrashment. I requesting and i hope you take proper action against dealer.

we booked activa on 24TH june 2011,BOOKING NO. B026563,.

i want to tell that i booked activa on 24th june 2011, and they told us to come on 1st july 2011,Today we go to buy activa and they tell us to come on monday on 4 july.and on BOOKING FORM the TOTAL PRICE is RS.44,766.00,and with accessories they tell us the price RS.58,000.00 and we want the color grey they tell that if u want the color grey of activa then you have to pay RS. 1000 more for exchange of color .They tell YOU can buy white color but we want grey.THE price of centre lock of activa is RS.600 from the market but they tell that the price of centre lock is RS.1700.Now tell us what is the exact rate of activa.and also tell me the whole procedure about activa.that how can i get activa on exact rate.i am a govt.employee,tell me the procedure to buy activa.

Dear Concer

I an the owner of the Honda activaengine no JC44e0656251 registration no hr51aj3102 dated14-05-2010 amount aprox 44000/-, from pickup honda faridabad dist. also purchased engine AMC extra pay 800, In which they have offered me three free service, Free service only for a name that was FREE every time they have repalced the engine oiland cooling oil, I have paid the same in every service, up to till time just lmilege coved only approx 6600 KM. In last service some noise persisting in the activaand some lock problem same thing i have been updated to your executive, After that when i collect the activa, i saw without washing, without checking they said its ok, same thing I complained to Showroom manager then they aggree, and repaired the same, After that they offered me AMC plan for four free service, o dated 08.08.2011 I have paid the 800/- for the same, 167 rs i have paid for extra forengine oil, but when i m using the same again TAK TAK noise persisting in the activa, again i go in service centre, said aaj yahee chod jao kal mil jaye gee i said ok whitout doing the job, they returned me, after two month i have given the same to service centre for service with tak tak problem again i have pay 241 rs. for shoeset brake dated 08.10.2011, but tak -2 problem is the same, today again i have given my activa for same problem, Can you comfirm me IS this the service of honda service?, plz see the problem if the other problem persisting due to this,
I am not ready to pay for the same, or i you are not taken the action I will approch in consumer court
