My Name is Karan Batra I have purchased Honda stunner Bike from Dhingra Automobiles, A-94 Mohan Garden Main Najafgarh Road, Metro StattionPillar 746, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-59, Mob. No. 25371972, 73, 74, 75, 9871400045, Invoce No.11IN00630, Registration No. DL4SBQ 7610 on Dated -30/05/2011, The day I bought the bike I paid the Down payment money, but now after around fou month, Date 10/10/2011 Bike Chain Set found to be defected, and creat so much noise and than I confirmed with local bike dealer than they told me that chain set finished so change your bike chain set, I have inform to owner of Dhingra Automobiles that the Chain Set was defected and was finished in only four month and bike ran only 5000km, and as per the concern of most of the bike dealers chain set work atlest 15000km and above, so, please change the chain set, but not ready to change the same . and approx 10 Times reported the complaint to dealer & service center Dhingra Automobiles but did not get any satisfactory solution of my problem .
Sir, I request to you please change my bike from Dhingra Automobiles with new chain set or , Install new chain set in my bike Stunner without any cost.
