Hi,
I purchase my Honda Dazzler bike in August, from the day one i faced problem with the JSP Honda,Kukatpally Hyd. On Day one they have not recived us well and the same day front break leaver is damaged,even i shown them at the same time; but they asked me to come on another day. To replace that part i have to visit the service center 3 times.
That's the beginning, Next Handle problem, it is not adjusted properly, for this i need to visit the center for 3 times.
Then after 25-30 days of front break lever, the color is gone. To make it replace i need to contact whole JSP managing team and customer care dept, after arugments. They finally changed on the basis of good will.
Then after 60 days of purchase, Clutch lever color is gone. Same routine story and finally replaced with it with damaging the part.
In second service, they damaged the color part of main bolt under battery box, when i asked them they service manager (Varma) is telling that it is damaged with the shoe (I don't know the logic). But machanic is telling that it is damaged by the service person.
I need good way to take action against them and need some penality from them.
Please suggest us.
