Hi, My name is Prashant Nair. I had bought a Honda Dio from Silicon Honda in March 2010 in Bangalore. After a few days itself the brakes become very loose . Every time i had gone in for servicing i have complained about the breaks and they use to just tighten the breaks and give it back. About 2 months back i met with an accident due to unbale tostop the vehicle and going and hitting a Car which damaged the whole front part of my bike. The servicing of the bike was done only around a week before the accident. Today again while riding the bike only around some 40 KMP/h i again went and hit a car even though i applied both the breaks completly. When i went to the showroom they said that i should get the breaks checked every 15 days and thats a complaint they have about this product but cant do anything but have to get it fixed every 15 days. This is not a customer service that is expected and when its a know defect why is it not taken care of by the comoany. what would have happend if something major accidemnt would have happened.
