Dear sir,

I own a Honda Dio Red color 2003 model. My vehicle met with an accident and it damaged some of its parts, and it has to be replaced. but then when i inquired at the nearest service station Muthoot Honda they said the parts are not available. then i went on to other service centre in the area namely EVM honda, Vytilla and Aryabhangy Honda, Aluve. Even they took the same line. then i spoke to the Honda company office in Banglore and Gurgone and also sent them written complaints about the matter. now it has more than 3 weeks now and no reply has come from honda company's side. the parts are still not available with the service centre also. I am actually unable to use the vehicle because of this. please help with this.

May i know where do u stay? u can get the parts easily in Mira road mumbai. I wondered u didnt get the parts. even I hve honda dio 2003 model, silver color. Even I met up with an accident and replaced my bike parts to new.
