I have my Eterno, Registration no. GJ6 CE 3504. I have given my scooter for repairing to Honda's authorised service station - C R Scooters, Off Jetalpur Road, Vadodara, 390007 on 15.10.2011 vide job card no. 88615 for repairs of noise from rear wheel. The engineer has informed me on phone to change gear primary and outer. I have paid Rs. 1624/- vide bill no. 19633 dated 17.10.2011. While checking my vehicle, I found that noise from rear wheel is not stopped. The engineer Shri Chirag on duty advised me that the noise from rear wheel is from engine and I would have to repair engine and it will cost around Rs. 8000/-. So I have further given my vehicle for stopping the noise from rear wheel vide job card no. 88806 dated 17.1.2011 and the engineer has informed me that it will be repaired within 3 days. I have enquired on phone on 20.10.11 and 21.10.11 for status of my vehicle which was not ready within 3 days. On 22.10.11, I have received call from C R Scooter that your vehicle is ready and you can collect it. While checking my vehicle, I found that the problem of noise from rear wheel is not solved and C R Scooters have further charged me for Rs. 8017/- vide bill no. 20353 dated 22.10.2011 and inform me that the noise is coming from your tyre and you have to change the tyre. My tyre is new, supplied from Honda company at the time of purchase, using as spare wheel. If the problem persisted with tyre itself, why C R Scooter has taken Rs. 9641/- from me for repairs of other things which were not at all problematic. The C R Scooter has cheated me and harrassed me by wasting my time and money. You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to stop C R Scooters cheating the people.
