Subject: Manufacturing defective in “Honda Shine motor bike (CBF 125Q) BSII”


Dear Concern,
This is Jagadish S from “Srirangapatna Taluk, Mandya Dist., and Karnataka state. I had purchased the below mentioned vehicle on 20th of March 2010, from registered dealer in Mysore District (Dealer Address: Heritage Motors, #4/2B, Hinkal Circle (Ring Road)Mysore –Hunsur Road, Mysore.

The vehicle was in good condition during the purchase and it was driven till 889 Kilometers before the 1st/Initial service done by the authorized dealer located at “PALACE HONDA, M/s. Balaji Automobiles., #2906, I Main, New Kanthraj Urs road (North) Saraswathipuram, Mysore-570009.Later the vehicle was driven till 2697 Kms before the Second service done by “Heritage Motors, Mysore. On 26/05/2010.Vehicle has started/ facing the below mentioned problems from 27th of May 2010.
• Hearing of loudy noise in engine
• Gear Issues while driving(getting oftenly strucked)
• Vehicle vibration start (Speed at 50-60Kmph)
After come a crossing the above errors, I had consulted the Heritage Motors, regarding the same. They have taken my vehicle for checking & reservicing, later they said that there are issues in engine and assured that issues can be rectified after logging a complaint with Honda motors according to warranty terms and condition. Till now the issue aren’t rectified, Request you and your marketing team to take this concern from my end and do the needful at earliest.
Hoping that Honda Motors have gained lot of customers satisfaction In terms of values, honest, and integrity.
My question to Quality testing unit that what could be the error, which I have faced after second servicing. I request the team to take strict disciplinary actions regarding the above mentioned subject.
Expecting the positive feedback from your end, failing which will lead to me to lodge a complaint with government authorities according to laws & regulations.
