SUBJECT : NON - DELIVERY OF UNICORN DAZZLER. Delivery Delayed by 2 more months.

SIR,

I had booked Honda Unicorn Dazzler, Silver Colour at Orange Honda, Hyderebad on 21st September 2011 . I was given a latest delivery date within 1 month of booking(i.e. 1 month of waiting) for Silver colour as it wasnt available. It has been 3 months now. I call up the Sales Manager almost daily from 1st October and I am told to wait 1 week each time. I have been told to opt for different colours in the interim. Now I am told that Silver colour is discountinued and I have to opt for some other colour. The delivery date for different colours is also not available. They are telling there would be a Vehicle launch next month post which I will get a bike. It is very frustating to follow up daily. The Sales Manager\Dealer is not certain of a delivery date.

I request a solution to the problem in the earliest.
