this is to inform you that i (Jelal Uddin) have bought "HONDA SHINE" on 2/sep/2011. All was going fine until i went for my first free service at one of the service center in Allahabad i.e. Shree Grand auto 18 Kanpur road Allahabad (u.p.) their contact number is 09236268505. what did they do is without asking me about anything they have charge me Rs.184 extra money for 3m Engine oil Plush 50ml(Rs.114.54), Battery gel(Rs.17.62) and they have also included polish charges(Rs.10.57). on the other hand they also said to me that if you will not add engine oil plush 50ml in your bike engine then i will not give the warranty of engine. they also misbehave with all the costumer by using abusing words.
I hope you will take strict action against them as soon as possible .
