We booked two bikes with Manasarovar Honda - Chennai.

1) Honda - Shine - for my brother - 1 month
2) Honda - Unicorn - for myself - 2 months

We have got Shine with a 8 days delay. Still we did not get the RC book and the relevant bills for the accessories. They said it would take 2 to 3 weeks of time to give us the RS book, Also accessories like seat cover, tank cover, handle grip .. etc were given with the worst quality (spoiling the reputation of Honda). We fought with the show room people for n number of time but no improvement is noticed. Also we have walked to the showroom around 5 time till we got the bike in hand.

Also the bike service is not up to the level and moreover the customer handling is really very poor.

Still I didn't received my bike (Unicorn), I don’t know if they have any intention of delivering the bike or not. Is there any other way to raise this as an issue with Honda motors?

I request your help to resolve our issues and register this as a compliant with Honda
