i have just purchased my new bike honda cbr 250r..and after 2 days its engines gives too much noise.i hav complained to the showroom manager and they told me ..the problem can fix by service station...easily..and after that...i gave my bike for servicing...on 29th oct 2011...bt they have not fix the problem...today is 3rd nov 2011...and they giving the excuses...and bt not giving my bike...

i hav comlained to manager many times and he always said that your bike is will b ready till tomorrow..bt they havn't delivered yet..on 2rd nov 2011 manager gives in writeen that he will give my bike on 3th nov...2011...bt again there is same story happend with me..he didnt make my bike....

Hi,

I had purchased new CB Twister from Honda dealer in hyderabad, which found to have a faulty engine.
I had used the vehicle about 45kms and found problem in engine.
When asked the dealer regarding problem, he said he would replace the parts but not the engine.
Since its brand new vehicle, i had asked for replacement of vehicle, which the dealer is not willing.

Please suggest necessary action.
