sir, i have booked my bike on 21 dec 2011 whose builty no is 223067 from chakki bank to bidar. till the date neither i have received bike and nor any information regarding my bike. I visited railway parcel office many times but they are saying that they didn't receive my bike and they don't have any facility to track the location of bike. sir please help me out take necessary action help me out from this problem.
