Hi,

I had bought a bajaj discover 135cc bike in March 2008 in Gurgaon, Haryana. I have been transferred to Pune and applied for new MH registration. For the registration process i am required the invoice clearly mention the sales tax or VAT paid. The invoice which i was provided was not mentioning and i am asking the owner of the purchasing agency to mention this. They are clearly not ready to mention means that they are not submitting the Sales tax to government.

Please help me.
