I want to put forward the Complain against yamaha motors india pvt limited. Before putting forward complain to you , i warned yamaha motors about it but no attention to my complaints was taken by the company. I purchased new yamaha Frazer bike this year. Company provides six free service to the customers but during my first free service i was treated very badly by the working staff and the company gave no proper service to my bike and just washed my bike and gave me as it was. Without cleaning the plug ,corroborator , air filter & even breaks were also not properly tightened. Due to which i slipped twice from the bike . When i complained to the dealer no positive response was given to me and same thing happened during second service also. when i requested for complain form no complain form was provided to me and only way to reach higher authorities was the email address of yamaha motors . Inspite of writing so many emails no positive response came from the company. Its a request to you please suggest me what to do.
