I have a Hero Honda Ambition Motor Cycle under registration no. DL3S AJ 9798 since 2005. On 11th Oct'10 I had given for Service of Motor Cyle to J.K.Enterprises, 20, Coomunity Centre, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065 vide Job Card No. R/78706 and they was committed me to delievered above bike in a day or two. After 2-3 days I have reeived a call from the worksshop and engineer infomred me that your bike given some trouble hence engine will be open and after repair bike will also deliever to you after one day but as committed by them bike was not repaired properly and day by day they will commited wrongly give me one day more... one day more but till 25 October my bike was not ready after heard from them I fired him please back my bike as it is if not ready.
Instanly they told us please pay bill, but asked them why I pay bill without my bike repaired but as on today my bike condition is badely and now bike value is Zero ( all original part Nikal Liye bike se ) and they are treading me I will do if not pay the bill. I would like to file a Chitting/Fraud Case on them ( J.K. Enterprises Hero Honda Showroom, East of Kailash ) and also want to compensation about my bike.
