    Default bajaj byk servecing TN48K 2203

    Sir,

    Recently i have purchased Bajaj pulsur byk 2008 model.And i gave KAVI BAJAJ for engine REboaring work on 20-12-2010 . That Time service advisor told me within four days u can give back after repairing.but i cant get my byk yet.my delivery is today(24/12/10). Is it your Customer Servecing.??. i amexpecting a possitive action and please make arragement for delivering as soon as possible.

    On 3 Nov 2010, I had purchased new bike pulsar 150 cc from Megha Bajaj Auto dealer at Lucknow UP. At time of purchase i have seen bike has big defects like kick not working properly and engine vibration on increasing speed of the bike. I had listed complaint to Megha at the time of purchase.was assured by their authorized person who has provided my bike that it will be taken care of.and convinced by statement "this is just a spring problem in kick and we will resolve this problem on first service.". I have waited for first service of my bike.finally, on the first service I have given bike to workshop.and is going for a week my bike is still inside workshop.even fore man of Megha is telling that this manufacturing defect it will take some time to resolve. they have opened the engine of new bike its bit rough.

    I have listed no of complaint in bajaj customer care.but nothing is affecting.complaint no
    on which customer guys are listing is 59585.

    I am complaining against Megha and bajaj those who has provided me defective bike.
    I will never accept this bike.either they will give new one otherwise return my money.otherwise i should lodge the case in consumer forum.because i can't accept the
    bike having manufactured defects against my money.
