sir my daughter shivangi kulshreshtha purchased kinetic flyte sym on 06-04/2008 about 2 years back from chawla enterprises sikandra agra head office at 4/44 baluganj ,agra.282001. The 4 in 1 lock (for fuel lid and handle) was creating problem. I approached chawla enterprises sikandra showroom on 22/08/2010 . the representative and company,s and workshop mechenic said that lock was not rapairable and suggested to repalce the same.he charged Rs 650/- for new lock and not gave bill.on pursusation he said to come after 5-6 days.on 27/08/2010 he gave bill for Rs 577/- only (bill no 1805 dt 26/08/2010).
the kinetic company had given the warranty for 3 years. but they charged and not repaired/replaced free of cost. kindly look into the matter and arrange to compensate me for mental harrasement and cost of lock.
Furthemore flyte sym 4 in 1 lock is not sucessfull.it has a manufactureing defect. it should be taken back and replaced with a diferrent lock device. it should not be linked with services by company.KINETIC FLYTE SYM IS NOW TAKENOVER BY MAHINDRA 2 WHEELERS LTD CHINDWAD PUNE and being sold as SYM MAHINDRA FLYTE

sir thanks to this site .chawla nenterprises called me today 02/09/2010 and refunded Rs 650 the cost charged by them on 22/08/2010 for new lock
