This is in regard to a deficiency in Services provided by Krishna Motors, Fatimanagar, Pune.
The consumer had given his bike, Bajaj Pulsar 150cc for servicing at the aforementioned service center, on 25.10.2011. On, 1.11.2011, after collecting the serviced bike and having to pay a sum of a little over Rs. 2500, the consumer would like to bring to your kind attention the following gross deficiencies in services provided by Krishna Motors;
1. The kick start and the self start of the bike are out of operation, which were in fact operational at the time of giving the bike for servicing.
2. The battery is still discharged as well as the electrical wiring is completely shot off.
3. The RPM meter although functioning at the time of delivery for servicing, is now not functioning after the servicing. The reason for which the authorities at the service center are unable to give, even after repeated requests to do so.
4. Even though the consumer was intimated that the servicing had been completed, on going for pick up, he found the same, to his mental and physical harrassment, to be untrue, false as the work was still to be done. And was asked to leave the bike there and collect it at a later time.
Hoping that this gross dereliction of duty and gross deficiency in services on part of Krishna Motors, is brought to the notice of competent authorities as well as uninformed consumers, this complaint is hereby submitted.
