i did my vehicle's first service at ktc honda koyilandy.i told them the complaints and none of them got repaired.i had to get my vehicle teflon coated.it was incomplete and unfinished.i had an accident work on my vehicle.they told me that i will get the vehicle in 20 days.i started calling them on the 20'th day onwards.every day they says "within two days" and i got my vehicle after 1 and half month.it would be delayed more if my brother in law working at pvs group didnt make influence.and after this i said good bye at ktc koyilandy.
my next experiments started when i approached ktc honda calicut for my vehicles third service.i went there on a monday.and they told me that i will get it on wednesday.i went there and they simply told me its not serviced yet.next day ,i called them,atleast 20 times.sometimes they attended the call and sometimes not.if they attends they says "give me ur phone number .we will contact u within 10 minutes."and it never happened.next day also the same happened.and finally i got my vehicle on friday.
and thanks to ktc group for making me a patient person.
