Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Mahindra Duro moped on 3rd Oct 2011 from Skanda Motors Rajajinagar,Bangalore.

I am facing below problems in the vehicle.
1.self start &kicker problem

2. millage problem we observed 22km/ltr.

3. pick up problem

4. vehicle stops if acceleration is increased

5. obnormal Noice in Engine

6. every 10km of running spark plug accumulate with carbon & due to this condition engine turns off

7. while double riding pick up is very very less &we cannot move 0.5km also can't be continue

With all these problems which has not been solved by dealer . Before 1st service we have given 6 to 7 times we have shown to your service center but they cannot solved this problem.

When I had contacted Mahindra Customer care,I got a reply saying that I should contact service engineer of showroom for getting the vehicle repaired.

But till now the vehicle is not getting started.

Show room service engineer is also not responding positively for the above problems.
