    Default Mahindra Rodeo

    I am Jigyasa Singh , I have purchased on Scooter From Mahindra Co. (Model- Rodeo ) On November 2009. Since then It is Workig Fine Till April but since May 2010 it is giving me a problem everyday I have approached the Dealer thrice but they are unable to figure out the problem they just made it working for a day or two after that same problem is occuring instead of complaining so many time Dealer doesn't seems to be responding accordingly though it is still in warranty period . So Iam making an complain regarding the issue.
    Hope I will get positive response from your site.

    Exclamation Mahindra Rodio problem

    I had purchase Mahindra Rodio on 12/2/2010 from Nangia Motors (Nagpur). Since the date of purchase I got problems regarding Mileage, Petrol tank & getting problem while start the vehicle. I am complaint to the dealer & the company engineer & others available at the scooter agency for many times. Company engineer has taken a trail of the scooter & assured that the Mileage & stands will be changed within a few days. But I am sorry to say that till date only.
    I am not getting any proper response either from the agency or from the company engineers.
    I therefore request you to kindly provide me the proper guidance & services. So that i shall be able to get the trouble free ride of the scooter. Hopes for early & suitable action in the matter.

    This is last chance for Mahindra Company & Nangia motors, the vehicle getting free all other problem so I am taking emergency action to company & Nangia motors.

    Angry i want to replaced vehicel mahindra rodio

    sir mane 8 october 2010 ko ajit sing wazirpur se rodeo lee thi lete waqt usme indecaor, side stand or jaha peeche pair rakhne ka hota hai usme bhi problem thi. unhone kaha tha jab agle din number lene aaoge to thik ker denge number lene gaye to bola ki kal milega 1 week chakkar katwane ke baad bolte hai ki yeh sahi nahi ho sakta .ab aap please mujhe ya to new rodeo do warna mere paise wapis karwa do warna me consumer court me complaint karungi

    I had purchase Mahindra Rodio on 08/04/2010 from Chaitanya Trctor & Automobiles (Rajgurunagar- Pune). Since the date of purchase I got problems regarding Mileage, Petrol tank & getting problem while start the vehicle. I am complaint to the dealer & the company engineer & others available at the scooter agency for many times.     Default Very poor average by Mahindra two wheelers Rodeo

    Sir,
    I have purchased a Mahindra two wheeler Rodeo registration number MH 04 –EM 3522 on April 2010 from M/S Shreeji Auto shop……..Mira road.

    While purchasing the vehicle they assured me that I will get certain average of 40 or more than but today I am very shocked that I could never get the average more than 22 KMPL even after 4th service. On last service just adjusting the carburetor they assured me to get at least 35 KMPL but sorry to say that its all are useless and still I am getting very poor average just around 22 KMPL.

    The scooter is not consuming but it is drinking the petrol. I am totally not satisfied with 100 ML fuel test done by Shreeji Auto. Now this is request to you to please arrange complete thorough check-up by your manufacturing department as I am shelling heavy petrol cost on this scooter. This is request as well as complains as I do believe in the reputation of Mahindra and Mahindra so please do the need full.

    On 25-11-2010 we took the scooter to Shreeji auto Mira Road, they provided us one mechanic with whom we vent to M/s Unique Filling Point and filled 3.76 litter petrol in the tank (Up to the brim of the tank mouth) the mechanic started the trip meter again on 07-12-2010 I went to Shreeji auto and showed the trip meter to some Mr. Dharmesh & official of Shreeji auto.The trip meter was showing only the number 94.2 I again went to same petrol filling point to fill the petrol. While filling meter was showing 95.5 again 4.41 liters were filled in to the tank this shows an average of just 22 around per Liter more below then promised average of 40 KMPL. surprisingly Mahindra Two wheelers Ltd till date have not replied my complain letter Dated 18-11-2010 nor the M/S Shreeji auto have replied. Now this leaves no other alternate except to approach Consumer Forum Court.

    I have bought the bloody Rodeo on 26th nov. 2010 from shalimar, Nashik.. I was told about the mileage of 45 to 50KMPL but shockingly i get an average of just 37 KMPL. also it gives me a starting problem. The service center is useless. The people there are second frauds. First time when i went there, i was told about a good mileage after first service. but the story repeats till date. The price they told me was around 55000/- on road. and with finance it went in around Rs. 62000/-. I want to know the actual price of it. The Mahindra loans provided me the loan with down payment of 19000/- and at 12% interest. I am not at all satisfied with the vehicle and feel completely cheated ad i belong to a very lower middle class family and cannot afford such a big loss. I want justice. I want justice at any any cost.. I want my money back.

    I am Miss Sarbani Bakshi From Asansol West Bengal. I am Purchased a Mahidra Duro two weeler on 30th October 2010 from R.B.VEHICLE DISTRIBUTORS (P) LTD.Asansol-713304 contact no-0341-2281132/8145606525, but i am not getting my blue book still now. The show room harassing me for that from last 3 months.I am facing lots of problem daily on road when am travelling.

    I am also a victim of mahindra and mahindra supposed to be the masters in 4
    wheelers and recently introduced two wheelers in the market to fool the
    people i had purchased a rodeo from m/s sk auto,goregaon mumbai and the
    canvassing was done by a employee of the same company who holds a good
    position in the same company going by his words i went for the vehicle.the
    mileage is 22 to 23 kmpl only and the digital milometer behaves in a typical
    manner some times showinig the fuel tamk as full amd at times empty.the
    head light bulb and indicater bulbs needed replacement in no time when in
    doubles the stand below touches the speed breaker even with telescopic
    shckabsobers in front. Mahindra is fooling people to the core an immediate
    action shud be taken to rectify thes defects from the vehicle b4 people
    start giving their reviews by way of mouth to the future buyers of mahindra
    two wheelers.

    hi this is sumeet motiyani from bharuch,gujarat.i had purchased a mahindra rodeo and from the very 1st month i hv complaint about vehicle but ur dealer are not responding properly..i hv purchase rodeo b4 8 months and hv a same prob no solution so plz call me this is last tym i m making complain to your companany otherwise i will choose customer care...

    Exclamation Bad Customer Service!!!

    Hi,

    I am Shifa Naaz, purchased a Mahindra two wheeler Rodeo on 12 March 2011.
    Registration number : AP09CC8779 from Majestic Moters Himayatnagar, Hyderabad.

    I purchased on finance (Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd, Secundrabad.). As it was on finance I received only one key and the other was retained with finance people. However I lost my vehicle keys recently. I went to finance office and got the other key. To my surprise I was unable to unlock with the new key. I called Mahindra Finance to find out what went wrong and received reply as "This is not our fault we received the same keys so we kept it in your file and giving you the same now." I called the dealer and he says "We gave the right keys."

    I am unable to understand when I spoke to the Manager there was no positive reply. After several calls I managed to call the guy from Majestic Motors and he suggested to change the lock. As the vehicle was not working properly I asked them for servicing also. He billed me Rs 1500 even though it was a free
    service. Sorry to say but the servicing was so bad that self start is not working. Its not even been a year now and still had to face so many issues regarding it. Now this leaves no other alternate except to approach Consumer Forum Court.

    This is request as well as complaint as I do believe in the reputation of Mahindra. I want Rs 1500 to be refunded and good servicing. So kindly do the need full.

    Hope I will get positive response from your site.
