Sir , I bought eterno scooter from you and till now i was very happy with the service provided by your workshop in Okhla. on my recent visit to the workshop i was surprised to find that my scooter was being serviced by not a mechanic but by a sweeper .I complained to the foreman but he told me that the person is a mechanic only. Due to the negligence of that person the engine oil screw became free .I was simply told to get it mended from outside as it could not be done in the service station.I had to go to a local mechanic to get the screw mended . the oil still leaks and i am highly perturbed.please help me out of this mess otherwise the engine will get damaged.I am a gold card holder of your service station. mob no is9971576078.jagjeet singh ..kalkaji.
