Dear Sir,

On 15/10/2009, I bought a Passion Pro - No - MH 14 BW 7615 ( Ch no - MBLHA10EN9GH12729; E no - HA10EC9GH13261) from Pratham Motors Pune.

I am disappointed because my bike has defective Engine. It sounds abnormal & not giving mileage. My Bike's Engine was repaired thrice within last 9 months, two times by Pratham Motors, Wakdewadi Pune, and once by Pratibha motor, Dange chowk Pune though the problem still exist. Everytimes time hero honda delears took 10 to 20 days for repairing and replacing the Engine parts like Cylinder head, Time Chain,Cyl Kit,Block kit, rocker etc. I frusteted with this bike it requires repairing after every 1500 to 2000 Kms.

To resolve the problem I requested Hero Honda delears for replacement of bike and also placed email to their regional office. Yet I didn't got any reply from them.

So, I want to register complaint.
