Default Mohana Motors, Velachery, Chennai- Worst Service

This is with reference to my bad experience with one of your dealer (Mohana Motors, Velachery). Customer service is not there & no proper vehicle service…. I believe this is not well organized dealer… please readout the following situation you will understand the cause…

I bought my Splendor+ vehicle from Mohana Motors on 19th June 2009. From there I have been using services from Mohana Motors. On 7th July 2010 I went Mohan Motors for my bike first paid servicing, while delivering my vehicle the supervisor told me to replace the Battery. I asked what is the reason “He said it is not working”…. I asked him again “did you checked it properly?” as it is just crossed 12months…

He opened the battery in front of me & he realized that there is a wire disconnected. I asked him “how come battery wire is disconnected?, it is inside & I never opened that battery deck” His manager has looked at that & advised that we can send it to Battery factory for repair/replace as it is exactly 12th month. I agreed & asked him when you can deliver the battery? Supervisor gave me 12th July as delivery date….

I went to service center on 13th July & asked for Battery delivery… Staff was not able to trace it…, finally after 20mins they came & told me that battery not yet back from factory…. They ask me to come next day i.e.14th July

I went on 14th July again the same story… not yet turned….

I went again on 16th July i.e. Friday… they said same way without even checking whether the battery is back or not…. I complained to Sales Manager about the situation & she promised me that battery can be deliver on Sunday morning… I told them I will come on Monday i.e.19th July

On 19th evening 3PM: They took about 30mins to trace my battery where it is in service center & finally came with the story that “Battery factory rejected to replace & it came back on 16th July Friday…. Now we can connect the wire & give you but the life of battery will be 3months maximum”

I was irritated & asked them “why didn’t you inform me about battery factory rejected? & why didn’t you told me on Friday when I came? How come battery factory rejected to replace? Ok if they reject why they didn’t repair it? First thing why didn’t you repair it when it can be repaired?”

They don’t have answers to any of my questions… they requested for an hour time to repair it…. I said I will come back but give me a call once it is done…. They gave me call around 7PM on 19th July & told me to collect my battery….

I went on 21st July to collect my battery…. They took about 30mins & in mean while I spoke to Sales Manager… she directed me to Customer Care (Ravi Shankar) he told me that your battery I kept it for charging I will give you in two mins… I waited….

Finally, technician came to fit my battery & “told me that this battery can work only for a week days…. You have to replace the battery”…

After all these follow-ups for two weeks & waste of time hours hours in each visit… & lot of discussions… technician confirmed that this battery is not worth for a week….


I went back to Customer Care (Ravi) & asked him “why you are playing with me, first you told me we can try for replacement… then…battery can work next three months…now the technician confirms that this battery can worth one week…why didn’t you suggested me to buy new one? At least I would have same this two weeks of time…!!!” In front of Sr.Sales Manager, Customer Care-Ravi said “He said he don’t want to talk to me” Sales manager shocked…. I was irritated with the service… & came out of Mohana Motors.

And I thought of writing to HeroHonda & Consumer Court for wasting my time & bluffing all the times on service…. & also for Battery is not properly checked in PDI before delivery… If they would have done how come wire is disconnected



Please take some action & let me know how would I get back my battery service…. I know buying a new battery is not a big deal (just 800/-) but after all these worst experience from Mohana Motors I don’t to spend money… They have to get my battery back…..

Default The worst pre-sales service I've ever faced!!!

I am not a customer of Mohana Motors, Booked for Splendor + and paid Rs.1000 as advance. I got the finance approved.

The moment I entered the showroom - I can hear a supervisor yelling @ some of her subordinates. The yelling kept going on until I left the showroom - i.e on and off.

The Customer Support Guy(CS) said that finance ppl will visit me and he will call me. No call for 3 days. I called him and heard him telling to his lady colleague to pass the fone to the supervisour - I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS FELLA IS AFRAID OF A CUSTOMER??? The spoke to him - he said he will call me by evening - No calls - So I called - He said PPL will come for verification. And Finally they came the next day! ALL DONE. He called me and asked me to come the next day to finish off the proceeedings.HE SAID HE WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER 12 PM.

I went the next day afternoon by 13:45. The New CS said that he is not available and kept quiet!! I got al little pissed off - we all take permissions from our BUSY work schedule and go there and these ppl behave so Irresposibily?? Then I asked him - whether he can handle this - I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THESE PPL WORK IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO FACE A CUSTOMER - I ALWAYS NOTICED THAT THIS NEW CS HAD A VERY SHABBY ATTITUDE AND DID NOT WANT TO ATTEND AT ALL. I asked him if he actually knew the value of time??


In between this scene he was called by MS. Manager and fired left right AND center for some other reason!!!

I CAN ALSO HEAR THE SALES MANAGER SAYING - NEVER ALLOW CUSTOMER TO DOMINATE YOU GUYS!! GREAT ATTITUDE!!

So now this fella is all set to crash land!! I asked him what about me - he said "Sir pls wait for 1 min!!" I asked him how long now its close to 25 mins with no answer. He dialed the first CS's mob number and gave me the fone!! I spoke to this guy and asked him the same question - are you responsible enough to ensure that IF YOU ARE NOT COMING TO OFFICE:-
1) Inform me - so that I DONOT wate my time!!!
2) Pass on your work to some one else so that my time is saved!!!

NO ANSWERS - HE SAYS SORRY - MAN DO YOU KNOW SORRY HAS LOST ITS VALUE THESE DAYS!!!


NOW THE NEW CS MAKES AN ENTRY!!

TELLS ME - PLEASE BE SEATED - THE FIRST CS IS ON LEAVE AND WALKS OFF?? AM I HIS ENEMY?? I ASKED HIM WHEN?? HE REPEATS THE SAME STUFF IN A DIFF VOCABULARY - AFTER ALL THIS - I SAID - I NEED NOT LISTEN TO ALL THIS - ALL I WANTED TO KNOW IS - WILL THIS HAPPEN TODAY OR NOT??? HE SAID - THEN YOU CAN GO!!!! MY FRIENDS - THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WHERE A CSR ASKS ME TO GET OUT...I THEN SPOKE ABT THE INCIDENT TO THE GREAT MANAGER WHO CREATES ANOTHER INTERACETION AND THERE ARE EXCHANGE OF WORDS BETWEEN THE NEW CS AND MANAGER - FINALLY THE MANAGER ASKS HIM TO LEAVE..IF CANNOT APOLOGIZE - HE LEAVES!! AFTER SEEING ALL THIS - I BECAME SORT OF CONFUSED AM I THE CULPRIT?? NEVER!! HOWVERE I TOLD THE MANAGER THAT THIS SCENE WAS UNWANTED AND I HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE OF THIS GREAT SHOP!! - AND NONE OTHER THAN THE THE GUY WHO ATTENDED ME FIRST KNOWS MY DATA OR WHAT I AM HEAR FOR - WHY DO THESE PPL HAVE COMPUTERS??? NOW ANOTHER CS IS ASSIGNED TO ME AND HE STARTS ASKING ME ALL MY INFO..!!

I DECIDED - IF THIS IS THE CONDITION OF PRESALES - WHAT IF I HAD PURCHASED THE BIKE FROM HERE!! CANN'T IMAGINE.

I HAVE WORKED IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT INITIALLY WHEN I COMPLETED COLLEGE - THERE IS A WAY OF COMMUNICATING TO A CUSTOMER - REMEMBER "THE CUSTOMER IS NOT YOUR ENEMY" i AM NOW THINKING IF I CAN GET BACK THAT 1000 BUCKS AND ESCAPE FROM ALL THIS.

SO PPL BEAWARE OF ALL THIS BEFORE YOU APPROACH MOHANA MOTORS - I THINK THEY HAVE MORE SALES SO THEY ARE TRYING TO REDUCE THE SAME.
GOD ONLY KNOWS THE REASON FOR THIS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!

Not just mohana automobiles. It happens every where in all types of service industry. I have been using mohana automobiles for few months and i feel its better than Adyar Automobiles where i had actually bought my spl+

oh! so much happens here! i was just shouting at them for not using muffler cap while water wash when it is specified in the instruction board, after all i can just see what happens here alone. When i asked the people who were doing this water wash one of them asked me in return what is that and whether they e it in helmet??? When i asked the supervisor he is saying it is not needed, then why the hell you are putting up in the board "Hero Honda Motorcycle washing advantages". Then came another lady staff who was in charge for the customer care officer who was absent that day. And she told me a lot of story that BPO's are developing and they don't get good people for servicing. What the heck!! Just had to listen to her pitiable story..

Cool Mohona Motors Sucks BIG time

their service engg's got trained on Karizma repairing methods from my bike, they need to learn what is customer service, how to behave with customers, May be if her honda cuts the tie up with (Mohona Motors) shall increase more productivity, Almost due them (Mohona Motors) Herohonda's fame and service quality is fading day by day,

Lightbulb very very worst service center

Very very worst service, even they are not give a water service to our vehicle. They need only money money money. Without servicing they billing you. I never seen such worst service in my life.

I dont know what the hell they are doing inside the office. They ready to hear the problem, but they are not ready to service and rectify the issue of the vehicle.

I dont know about manager, whether he's checking one or two vehicle before delivery to customer. Always he's idle. Friends please avoid to give service your vehicle in this concern.

Default Mohana motor service is worst and I will not buy Here Honda vehicle in my life

Mohan Motors service is one of the worst service center.They always take two days time and finally they say they changes list of parts but actually if you drive the vehicle same feeling before given to service center.They are not examining the vehicle completely first engineers should drive the vehicle he has to see what is the acutal problem and he has to understand how he can solve. I wasted lot of money with mohana motors they are the one begger they only need money .Finally I concluded
myself I will not buy Here Honda vehicle in my life .

As a customer what I want if I given the vehicle to service center and I need vehicle with good condition.What ever money you want we will give instead you beggers taking our money not doing good and honest service.You guys taking 48 hrs for our bike to get worst service from you.

Angry Mohana Motors- BUYER'S BEWARE!!!

After much discussions finally planned to book a HUNK with Mohana Motors. One fine evening entered the show room at about 7:15PM which is supposed to be their closing time i think(not known to me earlier), surprisingly no soul was ready to help me. Waiting for few minutes there i got myself introduced to sales Executive and inquired about the bike for which his reply was "We too have office timings and we need to leave home. We cannot keep answering you guys". I just wanted to know the price of the bike and its production.It would not have taken even 5 mins of his to give me a reply. But that GREAT SALES EXECUTIVE was not even ready to hear my requirement and chased me out and told me to come by next day.

As per his instructions i visited the show room at 6:50PM next day which falls well within their working hours but to my surprise again i saw an advancement in their service i.e this time i was not even allowed to enter the showroom by the security people who behaved in a rude manner. One sales executive came down at the entrance. Seeing him with a sign of relief i went near him holding a smile in my face and explained the the happenigs and asked for his help. But he neither heared me nor replied to me. Aggrieved by this i left the place.

These two days i left from my working place earlier taking permission for collecting the details of the vehicle but it was in vain. Very next day i took permission once again from my workplace and visited Mohana Motors at 9:30AM. As usual there was no executive to attend me. I was waiting there and sometimes latter a person attended me and gave the required details which was also incomplete.After getting the incomplete reply i left the place.

Next morning i visited the show room again for booking the vehicle. Waiting there for half an hour i was asked to fill in the details in a card given by them. I found price of the vehicle to be little higher when compared to the other show room and when i inquired about it i didn't get a proper reply and i was left unattended once again. After a long time i got a reply this is what the price they can sell the vehicle and if i'm not interested i can leave. IS THIS A WAY YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER AT YOUR DOOR STEPS?

There was exchange of words and a person finally convinced me and booked me a vehicle. ITS MY FAULT THAT I BOOKED MY VEHICLE THERE.

Very same day after few hours of me booking the vehicle i saw some 5 missed calls in my mobile. As i was out on a work i couldn't pick them. When i called back i found that those calls were all from Mohana Motors.I called them back and i was fired by them for not picking up those calls. IS THIS THE WAY YOU SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER? when i inquired the reason for their call i was informed (in a lower tone) that they have misplaced the card wherein i filled the details and which also holds my payment details.

WHY SHOULD I BE FIRED FOR THEIR FAULT??? I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND THE REASON WHY THEY SHOUTED AT ME??? I want to make onething clear to them. Am using my mobile for my convenience and not for the convenience of MOHANA MOTORS. WHAT A WORST ATTITUDE THEY HOLD???

The Sales Executives who are the pillars of the marketing organization has to be trained well in developing customer relationship before they are seated in their job. If not, you may end up in losing all the customers in this tough marketing field.

Now i regret for booking a vehicle with MOHANA MOTORS as a fear has crept in my mind. What would be the position when i take my vehicle for service there when the customer is not given respect even at the time of booking???? Only God can answer!!!!!!!!!

Mohana motors is the worst customer support in the world. I have booked a new bike and they gave a bike which had scratches & several marks on it. On complaining their reply is just to adjust with that. Infact the manager is saying that the scratch is mild (I assure you it had a bad look over there, many of our friends asked whether it is a new one or not). The manager says with no responsibility that it will be like that only. If not leave the bike is the reply from her. Also she added most of the bikes will have more than this.......Then why they are dealing in new bikes.......

Default Mohana Motors is the Worst Motors

I gave my bike for general service. They noted all my compliants during the registration time. I went for delivery and saw my bike. They didn't do the proper service. Whatever problems I have mentioned, they didn't do it. They don't have the experienced Mechanic. They have worst Customer care Manager Mr. Ravi shankar. He don't know how to manage the people and how to answer the customer. They always delay the delivery time.

So guys pls don't go to the Mohana Motors, Velachery

Hero Honda should cut their dealership.

Thumbs down Mohana Motors Velachery - never service... worst worst worst

I don't know why Hero motors given the dealership to this guys without the basic qualification.

Same case for me also. Did the service, nothing done. given a complaint, with the same - returned after 2 days. My bike got deteriorated.Doesn't know even to connect the wires. They are good in getting money, for a issue they will add money in all aspects, finally they haven't done nothing.

From Politics, now they are corrupting the Common peoples.

Totally worst fellows, never recommended.

Never never go again... Waste of your Money, time and your valuable Bike.

Why Hero Motors are not taking any action on this...

I got my Cbz xtreme on mohana motors i left four service there they are washing our bike that's it For that two days time there is no response for the customer and no respect if we ask anything for the service they tell us to bring the bike after one week if we give it that all one week for just oil leakage on my bike they repaired the oil leakage after One week from that self starter is not working this is the best service ever i have seen
