I bought new bike ( Thunder Bird) in february 2010. Now i found that the rear tyre has manufacturing defect nd because of that my tyre tube has also been damaged. I bring this to MRF manager(Faridabad district) notice on 8/10/2010. He said that i have to pay a amount to get new tyre nd tube . But my question was , why i should pay to get new tyre nd tube nd he said that you have used them.

I want to know what can be done in this case because my point is that was i supposed to open each tyre nd check them , i can only come to know that they have manufacturing defect after using them ( Tube has been damaged badly that i have to buy new one nd to ensure that it does not gets damage again i have to buy new tyre ) . Though i have paid the money to them but i want to drag them to court also because their engineer taunted me " What will you do -- Shut the company business in Faridabad " , when i refused to pay
