Dear sir,

i have purchased tvs rtr 160 from kohinoor motors ,chennai on date .03.09.09 at the time of purchase they promise that bike will give 45 to 50 mileage but after using this it not giving more than 30 km p/ltr.
When i given for first service i have complain about the mileage ,nothing have been done .after this i have given my bike for second service my complaint was rear shoe brake which was jammed i have make the complaint after 15 days same problem was there this was ridiculous when i went to service centre to complaint the service people asking me that you want to complaint go and call the person who was at first floor that means there work must be done by us very poor response i get from tvs service centre.

Please help me in this matter
