Dear sir,
I have purchased new Bajaj Pulsar 150 from Nagpur before 6 months.
after 1 month, there is problem in my bike detail given below.
1. Gear Shifting problem..( it doesnot Nutral easaly )
2. Pistan Problem (Smoke & Oil come out from silencer)
3. Sound of Engine is too loud (It vibrate more)

above all detail i have already discussed with Shoroom owener but they, refuse me to say that it is normal thing its not a problem. and they are not willing to accept the problem in bike, now i want to change the entire Engine of my bike.
please help me out to solve this problem,
do i file the matter in consumer forum?
please suggest me immediately.

Dear Team,

Same problem arises here also but they cant do any thing they just say that your warrenty period was over so you should pay for all expenses. Is that all bikes are only for one year
