Dear Sir,

Kindly note that we have handover our vehicle at the service center in Thane but they have informed us that there is problem in the crank shaft and piston ring and the repairing cost will come around Rs. 5000++ as we have not yet completed one year buying this vehicle

We have requested the company to look into this matter but the company has rejected our request saying that we were not get our vehicle services time to time but the same is untrue as we were getting our vehicle as per schedule provided for servicing

We request you and we need your support to get the part re-checked by the government R & D department
so as to get the issue sorted out
