Subject: Vehicle Breakdown (Engine# 149290, Chassis# CAGA8184102, Reg# GJ-06 DS 4446)

We bought Access 125 on August 3, 2010. Since that time, we are facing many problems with this vehicle (3rd day rear tube leakage, after 15th day starter was not working, after three months same complaint starter not working. Your service engineer said it was battery problem but when checked at the battery shop, battery was working properly and they said us it is relay problem. Your service engineer even cannot tell exactly where is the problem? After 10 months, engine failed. ) Your dealer, Ravi Suzuki Motors, is not cooperating with us properly. Every time, they say the problem is solved and then also we are facing same problem. On road, vehicle breakdown and when we call them, they say we cannot come now; we will come after 6 p.m. What does it means, we are on way and we have to wait for them till 6 p.m. on road. When their workshop men come, they say the vehicle is running properly. There is no problem at all and ask for breakdown charges of Rs. 200 and that also without any receipt or any bill. They just brought a plain paper in which Rs. 200 was written. What does it means. Don’t they have any company receipt or any bill?
