Default Regarding My Bike Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTSi Engine Problem

This is the mail, i sent to bajaj for my complaint of Engine breakdown, which again occured this year in May, just after 10 months they have repaired my engine and put new parts. But still there are complaints from the vehicle which keeps coming every now and then and that too when i do all my service @ regular intervals at Bajaj authorised service centre.
Here im attaching my mail conversation with the service station guys.

Dear Mr. Abhishek

We have received your e-mail of 25th August, 2009.

The vehicle BAJAJ Pulsar 150 since its purchase on 2nd April 2007, has come to us for various Free Services and Paid Services, during the Warranty Period. During this full Warranty Period and even thereafter, as you are well aware, you never had an engine related complaint. All these services are availed routinely by you. Further during this period of more than 2 years, you have used the vehicle continuously for more than 24000 Kms. Considering the extensive use of the vehicle, it cannot be said that the vehicle is having any manufacturing defects. The vehicle, for the first time, after the period of expiry of warranty services, now reported with the engine related complaint. Such problem is due to normal wear and tear of some of the parts due to extensive usage. Further it may also be due some external factors - such as quality of fuel. The possibility of adulteration in fuel and causing damage to some parts of the engine also cannot be ruled out, causing to such incidence.

We thank you for your expressing the faith in our services and hope that you would also note that such causes are beyond our control.

As the vehicle is under Extended Warranty Scheme, as per the said Scheme, we are ready to give necessary services for your vehicle.

Thanking you,

Dileep K K

Hi Dileep,

First of all let me make it clear that i am not pinpointing your service station or any individual and i have also read the owner's manual.
I have a few points for which i have escalated the Issue to bajaj and in turn im keen of talking with some of senior official of bajaj.
Please reply to these points:

1. Can you expect a new vehicle's engine to be ceased in 2 years that too when all services have been done on regular intervals at authorized service centres?

2. What if i didn't had the Extended warranty? ( Though i had but then also i had to shell out approx 2200 from my pocket for a new bike which i bought for 70,000)

3. When i had complaints from the intial days itself and i have communicated the matter to Mr Bliss as well then why the necessary action have not been taken? My issues were getting repaired again and again which piled up to an extent and finally the engine ceased.

4. What about customer's time and its satisfaction? For the last 1.5 months im spending almost every weekend at service centre and from the very 1st day that i bought my bike i have never driven it without tension bcoz of poor quality of vehicle.

Finally your last line(We request you to co operate with us to ensure the best service delivered to you in the future.) seems to be like a warning to me, so please make it clear and answer these points before i start further proceedings.

Thanks
Abhishek.
