    Default Regarding poor servicing at Standard Yamaha Service Center, Bhopal, MP

    With due regards, I want to say that the services at Standard Yamaha Service Center, Bhopal, MP is not satisfactory at all. I have already complaint for improperly working fuel tank sensor of my bike Yamaha YZF R15 6 months back,which is in warranty period, but it has not been solved yet and the warranty period is going to last. I have gone in the service center at least 20 times, but neither have they changed the fuel tank, nor do they behave properly. These kind of behaviors are not acceptable by the customers. More over, Last time , when I gave my bike there for servicing, they broke the side mirror of my bike, and using M-Seal they joined the mirror and returned the bike to me , while they are supposed to change it to a new one, if any damage occurs while servicing. Also, every time after servicing, I find the amount of petrol in my tank less that that when the bike was given for servicing. I, therefore, request you to kindly consider my complain.

    Respected sir,
    My self hari shankar Vishvkarma I was purchase Gladiator SS (Black) which
    registered No. MP 04, MU : 1429.
    I have some problem after 2 month date of purching about Battery, it does not charging .then after you are change my 3 (Three) battery till date but you are not find my charging problem. my first battery warranty ending also my bike purchasing date.So AMCO battery service Centre are refuse my battery replacement. They are saying It is not battery problem,So Pls check your bikle in service center, But service center are not finding this problem and response me in this regarding. so pls Do action regarding same.

    Dear Sir,

    1. On 22nd i got a call form BIKERS asking what is the issue, after that no information form BIKERS.
    2. On 7th Feb 2011 i have given bike for service & till now i have not received my bike. Today is 24th and I have spent Rs 9000 for fuel due to no bike.
    3. From past 18 days my bike is with you and no information for regarding my bike. This clearly shows your poor service back.

    Kindly take this issue seriously and do the needful. If i don't get proper response form your side i will take it legally.
