SUBJECT:- Complaint regarding illegal pressure made by the Manager of the Hero Honda Dealer M/s Kanha Motors, Civil Lines, Allhabad, for the sale accessories of PLEASURE Bike.

Dear Sir,
With great resentment, I would like to bring to your notice about the illegal act mentioned in the subject above.

I had decided to procure the "Pleasure" Bike of hour’s make, for which I visited the showroom M/s Kanha Motors on 4-7-2010 and discussed with the Manager. The Manager told me that this Bike comes with standard accessories of Hero Honda Motors company, for which I have to pay Rs. 2200/= extra beside the normal price of the Pleasure Bike. However the accessories which he showed me were of some different brand but not of Hero Honda Motors. Also, he told me that this Pleasure Bike can not be sold without these accessories, which means, he is compelling me to purchase the accessories together with the Bike.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter of serious mischief, and do the needful, so that the customers like me may not be cheated by such dealers.

The Manager told me that this Bike comes with standard accessories of Hero Honda Motors company, for which I have to pay Rs. 2200/= extra beside the normal price of the Pleasure Bike. However the accessories which he showed me were of some different brand but not of Hero Honda Motors. Also, he told me that this Pleasure Bike can not be sold without these accessories, which means, he is compelling me to purchase the accessories together with the Bike.
