R/Sir I purchased a Shine Bike from Satya Honda Karnal on dt.19.10,2009 and all the free services got availed in time from the dealer work shop. After four months app. of purchase the shock absorbes went faulty and gone out of order and start giving trouble while driving. During the free services the workers of dealer did not take pain to solve this problem. Now today while visiting regarding this complaint of bike, the worker of dealer asked to come tomorrow to get it repaired. But I want to say that i have spent a lot of amount to purchase this bike, it seems that defective bike has been supplied to me.
