Rear break not working properly. dealer has accepted the manufacturing defect but still no action is take.
also my service manual is lost...whats the procedure to get new one.

sir i have purchased suzuki access 125,,,,rear break problem occured two times....because of this problem,,,,i was lttle saved from the accedent....i complainted to dealer they said that its a manufacture deffect....and company did not give the warranty,,,,,,,,,,to this ,,,,,,,,,,,so plz suggest me what should i do,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
