Dear Sir/Madam

I got the delivery from your dealer my new Access125 3weeks back.

On checking the mileage, I found it as 17-18Km/hr whereas the claim of the company is 40-45Km/hr.

I expect it to be at the least 35Km/hr in town roads.
When I go to the dealer they say, they will fine tune it now and after a month when I come for a service it will be alright(which I do not believe so)...

My point is I don't want the new vehicle to be repaired(and in the future needing to be repaired again and again), for that I could have bought a second hand vehicle and re-serviced it and use it.

I want the vehicle to be replaced with the other one.
Please do the needful. so that the process completes sooner.
