Hi,

Suzuki Zeus has a cracked crank case near the oil drain plug and oil is leaking.
I am not sure whether it is cracked or threading split.
The supervisor at aerolex motors pvt ltd,wilson garden Bangalore after inspection told me that the crancase is cracked and ,have to go for a new crank case
He told me that the cost would be around 3300/ Rs and i have to pay an advance of 2000/Rs and they will place the order with suzuki motors.
I paid the advance and Aerolex motors ,wilson garden placed the order with suzuki motors and it is fifteen days and yet to receive the engine crank case.
I have sent repeated e-.mails to suzuki motors and there is no reponse from their side.
Kindly help me to file a complaint in the consumer court
