Sub : Till date i did not received the bike , passion pro : Wb20y 1894 ( above one month in garage )
1. Garage telling today after one month that they need work order from tata -aig and agreement )
i donot understand what is the reason for survey and re-survey then .
2. Claim launched on 17 th of august 2010 .
3. I donot want to change my chasis as this is one month over now . I want to receive my bike without changing my chasis as this is at my own risk .
4. If possible please shift my bike to amit motorcycles workshop .
5. Please send the surveyor by tommorow .
If i donot get my bike within 3 to 4 days this letter will be followed as per the legal aspect and i will move this issue towards consumer forum as i think this is totally the harassment of customer .
And i think sitala motors , an authorised service center of hero honda and tata aig for delay in work are responsible for spending my valuable time and harassment .
My only request is that ....contact the garage , send your surveyor and plz let me take my bike within 3 days .
