respected sir,
I Anikul islam. wants to state that ,I went to tvs showroom name:- raja motors,dhulian,dist:- murshidabad,ratanpur; on 12 feb 2011...since that was my fifth(5th) servicing of my bike there,so my complains are:-
1. They didnt did there work sincerely,even i told them to do so but they refused.
2.They didnt gave me the tool box at the time of purchase n when i asked for it they start arguing with me.
3. My soccer was damaged within warranty period n they didnt mended it n i have to repare it from outside with my own money.
4. And most important when i ask him to give me 900ml of movil in my bike he only gave me 600ml n took money for 900ml n when i asked him to give me the rest movil he start talking to me with slang language n threated me not to come in dhulian otherwise he will beat me up.
so sir i kindly request u to take nacessary action on it as soon as possible
