Unhappy TVS apache rtr180 sprocket complaint

i took my tvs apache rtr 180 bike on 15th august 2009,and after running only 15000kms,my sprocket is making lot of noise.when asked to the service center they are telling me i wud have to change my sprocket.when many of my friends who have other apaches have not yet changed their sprockets when their bikes have already ran 30000kms.i cant under stand how my sprocket got the complaint just after the first free service.they are telling me that the sprocket has no warranty and i would have to pay atleast 1000rs to get it replaced.

    Question TVS Apache RTR 180

i had just bought a RTR Black 180 on 01.10.2010 and as told by the dealer that speed recommended before 500kms is 50km/hr however one of my friend drove the bike to 72km/hr.
after a while i heard the engine making a tapping noise as if its piston is loosen up.. i m tensed and even visited service centre but all in vain. And they say it will be cured in second service after the valve clearance.

I have bought the bike by 22-Aug-10 in Chennai, have completed only 2000km and first service. Just a Week ago there was a rattling sound in my engine. When checked with the service guys in the showroom they said it was due to some loose joints. But after their {Temporary} fix, the sound started to come the very next day. One again dragged my bike to the showroom and checked once and then, they said the piston was very much lose. They even blamed me that i drove very fast due to which this problem occurred. I never drove more than 90kmph.

They have said the same but, we know its of no use.....Post your complaint in TVS site
