hello,
i rizwan,i buy a bike from Binsar Automobiles E-954, 100 Feet Road,Near Babarpur delhi before 1 year,
now my bike is in maintainances serviceses period, last time i submit my bike for service on 6,sep 2010 .
model APACHE RTR 180. or bike no. DL5S AB3065. they delivered my bike on 11 sep 2010.They dont do any service withmy bike
or return my bike without service after a long time.when i said to that person on service center that i am not satisfied from service,still
bike have lot of problem its same as i submit nothing you do in this so that person dont give any response. no any responsible person
is there to listen me .
due to the irresponsibility or carelessness of the motor showroom & service center people me customer of your company faced lot of
problem. nobody serious about his duties.

i want to inform you please take a strick action against my complaint.





this is my last complaint which i register on consumer forum

now again

today19 when i visit to service center Binsar Automobiles , the engineer of service center or the supervisior they give rude arrgument to me
i told my bike problem then they told me that
"all running part of bike is not come in warranty"
"shocker repairing is not in warranty"
oil is not in warranty,
or the most important thing i want to know that battery for how much duration battery is in warranty

i simply ask that why shoker repairing are not in warranty
rude comment i got that once engineer reply me that shocker fully not repair in warranty
then supervisior come he give another comment that shocker repair but the oil its not in warranty
or all are told rude


so sir i want to know simply what are terms of warranty or
in the words of your engineer what is running parts of bike
which are not in warranty

i am also working in samsung service center,
we are not treat to customer like that.
what is the meaning to treat me like that.
if you or your engineer dont know who to talk with customer.
then i want reply in return


now i just told for service due to rude behaviour
but i want to exchange some parts also in warranty,

sooooooooooo its my humble request please first give reply this mail
to me in written.
or status of my bike which parts not in warranty.
please you will take me serious, otherwise i will take serious or strick action against to you.


hope your trying to understand me or my problem.
