I purchased TVS flame on 6/10/08. from Himachal Motors, Paonta Sahib (H.P.). I am facing problems with this bike after a month of purchase. It is a horrible bike. It seems i have wasted 50k. Average wise it is good, but very disgusting engine performance. The problem started with knocking sound and when with pillon it is horrible and when i told service people they said to give proper throttle as i am a kid and i am riding bike first time. Then its pick up started decreasing. Then more sounds from engine of various types. When i complained about it to service people they told it sounds like this only. No major problem. Now i can not beat them for this. What can i do? Now from last two months i am facing a new problem- a new sound from engine like some metal piece rolling in the engine. A new addition to list of sounds from my bike. Starting problem is also one of the major problem. I got same reply for this that this is common problem in this bike. I want to know if every problem is a common problem in this product then what crap is this product? Service wise they are poor. No proper attention towards customer problem. TVS only know to produce bike but of what quality and service after sale is very disappointing.
