Myself Rishabh Kashyap, a customer of TVS apache 160 RTR.

I bought TVS apache on 29-10-2011 from your showroom named S.K Traders at 4A/13, Tilak Nagar, (near flyover, North Delhi-18).

I have three complains against TVS dealer-
- Gear shifting issue- Once started the gear moves back into neutral mode. I have highlighted this during first two servicing of bike but the same was not rectified and i do not see any improvement.
- Mileage- currently bike gives 13-15 kmpl instead of committed 45-50kmpl.
- Insurance papers not received yet. It has been 3 month of purchase now.
Please help to get the above solved or I will have to take this issue to consumer court.
