I had serviced my 2 wheeler TVS Pep Plus on 14th Nov at Ramkay TVS Adyar branch, the 2 wheeler started racing and shaking while driving, to my dismay when i approached the TVS Ramkay - Adyar regarding this problem, the mechanic who serviced my vehicle was denying surprisingly the staff in the front office, had not shown any interest on my complaint.

I had paid whoppping bill of Rs. 4000/- and am running the risk of loosing my life.

Is this the way an organisation which is in the public forum of service show their responsibility.

Request a immediate solution. to my problem.

I had booked Honda Unicorn Dazzler (Red colour) on September 27, 2011 (Booking No. 4822) with Haiku Honda in Bangalore. I was promised that the bike shall be delivered within a span of 60 days. However, on follow up now, I have been directed to check directly with the Gurgaon office for knowing the delivery date. An alternate option of cancelling the booking was also suggested !

Such an approach is totally unethical for reputed companies like Honda and I would appreciate if the bike is given to me at the earliest, so that I may not resort to consumer complaints' redressal forums or other alternative dispute resolution forums.

I would appreciate an immediate attention to this matter.
