Dear TVS,

I would like to inform you that I always took my apache 180 rtr (DL7S BB 5386 ) only to G.K. motors pvt. Ltd. Patparganj service station to get it serviced. I always had some or other problem because they are very bad at customer service and bike service but this time they crossed all the limits first of all mechanics at this service station offered me to take my bike to there personal garage more over they have replaced few genuine parts of my bike with the duplicate parts and when I reported to the manager he behaved ridiculously and he simply said "apne complaint karni hai to kar do hum to peeche keh denge ki apne kahin bahar se lagwaya hoga aur hamare ko apki complaint se koi farak nahi padta" now I feeling like that puchasing tvs bike was my biggest mistake of my life because it seems that even tvs itself is also not interested in providing customer satisfaction now I want a revert on this or else if I have to escalate this matter to media then I will not hesitate from that. I AN EXPECTING REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR ELSE TVS SHOULD GET READY FOR THE Consequences IN A LEGAL TERMS.
