    Default Worst service by HeroHonda

    Dear sir,
    I purchased herohonda karizma on october 17th 2010. Just within 6 months from the purchase, the bike's plastic parts have cracked near the screw fixations. This resulted in failure of entire tail assembly and cracks, loosening of assembly in front area(headlight). When reported this incident to the company, they are trying to prove this as an accident, which resulted in failure of components. But I have never faced any accident, which can be proved easily as there as no signs of external crash or scratch. As per company policy, there is no warranty on plastic parts. But this is an issue faced by almost all karizma users all over india.Though it has no warranty, it should have a minimum durability which can sustain for a year. But it has failed just within a span of 6 months.I service my bike regularly from authorised service center(pratham motors, pune)and use it very carefully.
    I have recieved a lot of mails from all over india, users facing same issue I.E poor plastic quality from herohonda.
    My bike is still with the showroom (pratham motors, pune)which I had taken for ****ysis.The comapny personnel are not ready to give me any report or document which states that the failure in bike is due to misuse/Accident/Or mishandling and not a manufacturing defect.So, I have kept the bike with them, till I get a solution on this.

    I request for a quick action on this issue. As I am facing tremendous mental pressure, which has affected my daily work in office, my sleep, my diet and overall health. For last 8 days, I am facing a lot of inconvinience as I have no other vehicle to travel to my office.

    Please take a quick and effective action against this.

    (for evidences, I have the mail interation with the herohonda's territory manager,photographs showing the mode of failure, failed components,feedback on automobile magaizine forums, email feedback from friends, replies and feedbacks on social networking sites like facebook and a few of my friends as eye witness.)

    Thumbs down accura ('youth bikes' in bengaluru) electric scooter poor service

    I bought Accura electric scooter at one dealer named YOUTH BIKES in Bengaluru one year back. Servicing at that dealer is very very poor. If you go for any parts replacement they usually takes 2 working days for even simple problems and that replaced has no guaranty that work for more days. Very fun thing is that they have not provided me 2 keys when i buy the scooter.That key does not work after some days and the ignition always gets failed, for that you have to go and keep in touch with them for every 2 or 3 months.I met with a accident few months back and my scooter's front parts got damaged.I went to the dealer and asked for repair.They are not in a position to repair my scooter because they do not have spare parts.
    I am keep on asking for spare parts, they are still postponing and keep on telling that "they asked for spare parts from company but they are not getting".It is happened 5 to 6 months back, still no solution. I left my my hopes on that repair .
