Hello Sir/Madam,

This is Virendra Thakur I booked a Yamaha R15- booking Number- L-175866 colour -Blue on 16th October, 2010. It Has crossed 2 and half months now i have paid the money in the amount of around 45 or 47 thousand, I am gonna take a bike in cash. I was informed by GANESH ENTERPRISES (Vikhroli- West) while booking it will take 40 working days but still i dint got my bike.

Can you please do the need ful. I want my bike within a next week. If it is not possible to you then please give the the CEO's email address so that i will highlight the things going on here in YAMAHA. You have false promised me regarding the delivery of my bike.

Please i can understand it can be a delay of one week but not one month extra. You are not even informing about the delivery of bikes to the showroom owner. If the sales is low then you people say sale is low but if the requirements is hight now you people are showing attitude. Please stop all this and please deliver my bike.

Hope for the positive reply and please let me know the delivery date of my bike.
