Respected sir,
I am encountering problem in my bike from the very first day i purchased my bike.
The dealer and the service staff told me that my bike is OK and would open up as time passes but the condition of my bike got worse.
I wrote an e-mail to the company and got a call from them they told that the engineer at there service center would look after my complain.
I meet the engineer and he did a few things i.e set the tappit of the bike and all the stuff but there result was still not satisfactory and he gave an excuse that ride for some time and then the setting would work.
From that day till now my bike has been opened 10 time in 10 months and still the condition is not satisfactory so i request them to please replace my bike.
But the engineer is not ready to accept the mistake in bike so i told him that let a third person decide the fact that the bike is normal or not by comparing it with other R15 bike.
He hesitated but somehow i convinced him.
The third person took ride on both the bike and he also told the engineer that there is difference in these two bikes.
Then the engineer told me to come on 22 oct and then he would change the tyres handle and would set the tappit again.
I dont think that it would work and if it does then also i dont think that there would be any life of my bike so i kindly request u to do something.
