I would like to bring to the notice that Ankit Nutrition, claims of dealing with distributing weight loss and weigh gain prgram via medicines is not a geunine entity.

The entity claims of having to proved 100% weight loss/weight gain 40day program with no side effects with money back guarantee. I hd been receiving messages from the entity in July'10 for the same. I contacted them at 011-49944900, the contact no which was provided in the message and I bought the product from the said entity on 03-Aug-10.the agent who sold me the product is Avinash and even after buying the product i had been getting calls for the same from different agesnt.

I started the course as per their advise and within a week i approached them and infomred that the medicine is not showing any results. However i was informed that the results will show within 15 days. While i contacted them again after 15 days, i was informed that the medicine sent across to me was wrong. However i requested them to refund me the money as per the clause but i was outwardly refused by them for the refund and instead i was sent across the other medicine on 28-Aug-10 which according to them was strong than the earlier one.Hereafter i have been constantly approaching the entity staff and every time there was a different person over the phone which i managed to get as the landline was not working. they had got the landline disconnected. Since 08-Sep-10, i have been regularly chaisng them but my calls were being disconnected and i was refused for the refund totally.

Not only this people who calim to work with this entity have told me that in case i need refund of the money i need to accompany with a male member and if required even a Cop should accompany which is very clear that the entity is running business just for money and its a fraudlent entity engaged in unhealthy business.

Each and every person- Alam, Akash, Raj, Rahul, Avinash is aware about my case but no one is ready to resolve and refund me the complete amount.

Not only this i even tried to trace the address no. 2, i.e. N-46, 2nd Floor, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008 as above but i get ot know that they have shifted to Gurgaon for the last 3 months now.

I have logged an FIR with West Patel Nagar Police Station on 25-Sep-10 vide DY no-28A and have also apprached the press- Hindustan Times for the same but since every resource is engaged in CWG'2010, i would request your help in this regard and the fraudlents should be punished and charged fine. I even had to consult physician during the course which resulted in health problem leading to indiestion, puking and further weight gain.

Pls get such people a strict punishment so that it's a lesson for others whose intentions are to dupe, cheat and harass common man and make money out of such activities.

Pls help me in getting not only the refund of the amount paid but also the mental agony and harassment that i have been suffering till date.
