Lewd acts of THE BODY CARE Pitam Pura Branch.


I am in pain to write to you regarding the poorest/ bullish treatment given by THE BODY CARE at Pitam Pura Branch.

I had booked a package of guaranteed weight loose @ 12000 Rs. As per written words dually sealed by stamped on it (invoice).

At the time of selling package the staff of The Body Care (Ms. Sheetal & Ms. Pallavi) was talking & treating me very sweetly just to grab the money like a white color dacoit. After seizing the money they are intentionally ignoring me by lewd acts. The purpose of writing to you is that the purpose of purchasing the package is not going full fill as per words those given to me at the time of selling the package.


When I, complaint/ object for the same they denied arrogantly or even their staff member (Ms. Sheetal) pass the statement “we are not here just for resolve your issues/ quires we have lots of costumer with us and I will transfer to you to another employee”.

This issue was starts from last week when I was surprise to saw the daily treatment sheet in which the treatment which I have not been received was added after my signature on it.


As on today I need my money back coz they are failed to full fill their commitments and I am feeling cheated by them.


Kindly help me to pursue legal action against them in consumer cell.

please file a complaint of cheating in the nearrest police station and also in a consumer court now. a lot of us doing that during the next 8 days! do that now! this will help build pressure!

i am with you, body care is the shittest and most horrible place on earth... They have a pathetic staff who seem to be coming from the slums and have never seen money...they remain unhygienic and have no sense of courtesy...

Instead of spending thousands on these institutes... you must take-up on a healthy life-style- healthy food, yoga, Gym and massages after gym to keep you body relaxed.
