My Name is Virat, I buy one Sauna Belt from XL Teleshop, Naraina Branch which is in New Delhi. Now this belt is useless for me because its wire got burst and its not working. I called up the guy by the name NITIN his number is 9212829156 and I told him about the problem, he gave me the number some Lady name Amisha, her number is 9211350751. I had a word with her, she said that they will inform me about the status. But she haven;t inform me yet and when I m calling she is not picking up my phone even. And when I called up Mr Nitin, he is also not picking up my phone. I called him & her atleast 50 times but they never pick my phn. Kindly help me out from this problem.
